How to Mail In your device for repair. Please read carefully.

1. Please fill out the form below & make sure to click SUBMIT at the very end if you are sending us your device. You can fill out one form for multiple devices.

You will receive a confirmation email with all the mail in instructions & shipping address as well.

** If possible, please back up your data before sending the device.

2. Then ship out to the address at the end of the form (Please include the Suite#145 on the label or else the package may get lost)

You can go to your local UPS Store, US Post Office or FedEx Office to purchase the shipping label.
Or you can buy your own label at: https://goshippo.com or https://www.pirateship.com

3. Text, Email or Facebook Message me a picture of the shipping label w/ the tracking number.

4. I will contact you when I receive your package.

5. Once your device is ready, we will send you a payment form via Text and Email.

We accept payment via Debit & Credit Card, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and Cryptocurrency.

**All repairs come with a lifetime warranty against parts & workmanship. Warranty repairs will be shipped to us at your cost. Return shipping will be on our cost (for USA Customers only). Warranty does not apply for Data Recovery jobs.**

**Please do not send any phone cases. We are not responsible for any cases that get misplaced during the repair.**
