First, you want to remove the iPhone Logic Board out of the iPhone housing. It does require technical skill, so if you’re not sure how to do it, take it to a professional.
Next you want to flip the board over & take a look at the silver chip in the center. This is called the NAND.
You’ll have to look closely, but there is text codes that say the size. Depending on the manufacturer of the NAND chip, the codes may look different.
Take a look at these images & try to match the one closest to yours.
And that’s it.
