Audio IC, No Speaker Issue
If you have an iPhone 7 or Plus, there’s a chance you might run into an Audio IC issue. You will sometimes see a “Recording Failed” or “No Audio Devices” error when trying to record with the Voice Memo App. Or sometimes you cannot put the phone in loudspeaker mode. It will vary depending on circumstances.
If you have an iPhone 6 Plus, it is very common for touch to stop working. Even with a new screen, there will be no touch. Some common symptoms are:
Flickering Gray Bars on top of screen
Screen touching random parts of the screen
New screen will still have touch problems
The root issue of this Touch Disease problem is due to the M1 connection under the Meson Touch Controller IC Chip. It’s a logic board problem, but it can be fixed.
We offer lifetime warranty on all our repairs. As long as the device hasn’t been repaired by someone else, has no water damage or was not cost by hard drop, it will be covered under the warranty.

Unfortunately we can not access the data on your phone without the pincode. It is because Apple has encryption on their devices. And we have no ability to break their encryption.
We recommend going to your local post office, pick up a free small flat rate box. Pack your phone securely by adding lots of padding (like bubbles and/or news papers). You can purchase the shipping label at the counter, for about $9 or purchase from paypal.com/shipnow for about $7.75
No, it is not necessary. Although we need your pincode for testing.
