ZXW is a Boardview Software that is critical for all board level repair technicians. If you do any microsoldering, you need this software. It’s only about $50 a year! 1 repair should pay for the whole year.
So here is the fastest & easiest way to activate your ZXW license.
I don’t recommend you follow the renewal link that the ZXW pop up directs you to.
1. Download ZXW
If you’ve never installed ZXW or you need to reinstall it for whatever reason, get it here.
This is the latest version of ZXW & it is preconfigured for English language, USA Server & my preferred color scheme.
2. Buy a 1yr License
Instant service is no longer available, unfortunately.
You’ll need to go to this link & purchase the license.
Then you message DIYFixTool to get your 1yr license code. Make sure to include your Order# in your message

3. New Users - Create Account
In order to use ZXW, you need to have an account with them.
Go to this link & create a username & password.’
This link takes you to the English Register Page.
4. Activate License/Renew License
Once you are logged into your ZXW account, you need to input these 2 items in the Authorization Renewal page
- Serial Number
- Password
These are provided by the ZXW reseller from Step #2
This is NOT the same as your username & password for ZXW login.
That's it! You're done!
Troubleshooting Connection Issues
If your ZXW is stuck & not loading? Here’s how to fix it.
- Close the pop up with your login
- Go to the top of ZXW and select SETTINGS
- Select CHOOSE SERVER
- Then select another server location, like the one in Chinese text.
- Click OK
- THEN restart ZXW and try to login again.
